07 The Power Pod!
The children have been learning about renewable energy thanks to the Woodcraft Folks 'Power Pod'. Staffed by the knowledgable children from Boroughmuir High School who told our kids about wind, solar and hydrogen energy, amongst others. As well as demonstrating how to save energy and giving practical advice.A fantasic time was had by all!
We even had a visit from the Green MSP Robin Harper, who added a touch of colour to the day (with his amazing technicolour scarf!)
